First time using a VRBO and not sure if I will try it again. The place was not very clean and the seating was uncomfortable. The kitchen table was very wobbly. Vent above the table was covered in dust. There were dirty dishes in the cupboard, hair on the master bedroom sheets. The rugs on the floor need to have edges uncurled to eliminate stripping hazard. Note should be added to listing about parking space size. Not setup for a large vehicle such as what we were driving. Electronic controls did not always function as requested. Place is not very sound proof , could hear every move the neighbors made. Called the manager and never received a response.

It was not very clean. There were ants in the kitchen, dishes in the dishwasher and hair in the shower in the master bedroom. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything in the unit next to us. Two of the three night we were there we were kept up until 11:30 listening to a drunken, screaming violent fight between the neighbors. It was very disturbing. We almost felt like we needed to call the police as we were concerned about the safety of the woman involved.
The house was perfect for us. It was relaxing to have a place to go at the end of a day of sightseeing and visiting. The beds were so comfortable and the place was quiet! Thank you for the opportunity to rest this home!
This townhouse is accurately described in the listing. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location is convenient to Pacific University, Safeway and McMenamins. That said, the unit is in a townhouse development that is not the poshest neighborhood. Also, there's really not enough seating in the living area for more than two adults, unless you want to gather around the 4-seat table. Finally, we had a lot of difficulty with the Ecobee "smart" thermostat. No matter how we tried to reset it, the temperature was never what we programmed or desired. Other than that, we felt the unit was a good deal for the price.
