Located in good area. Very convenient for graduation. A little on the worn side and basically furnished. Backyard needs work but it was rainy and cool so we didn't want to use it. No shampoo or conditioner or body wash so you need to bring it. Surprised there wasn't a toaster. Overall it was fine for our two night stay where we weren't home a lot.
Hi Karen, thank you so much for sharing your valuable feedback about your recent stay with us. Your input is genuinely appreciated, and we want you to know that we have taken your comments seriously and conveyed them to the homeowner to address your concerns accordingly:
-"Regarding the soap containers, we apologize for any confusion caused. We strive to provide our guests with the best amenities, and we appreciate your feedback on this matter. We will ensure that the labeling is clearer to avoid any future misunderstandings.
-As for the toaster, we regret that it was missing during your stay. We were unaware that the previous long-term guests had taken it, and for that, we apologize.
-We apologize for any inconvenience caused during your stay. The owner cracked their elbow and, unfortunately, couldn't take care of the lawn as intended. We truly appreciate your understanding about the weather conditions affecting the weed whacking.
-Regarding the furniture, we do our best to ensure that our small house is well-equipped with all the necessary essentials for a comfortable stay. We understand that space can feel limited with a large group, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
We hope these explanations provide some clarity, and we apologize for any inconveniences you experienced during your stay. Thanks again for your feedback, and we hope to have another opportunity to provide you with an even better experience."
