CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check-in after 4:00 PM
- The property is accessible via keyless entry located on the front door. The code is 4777. Press the Schlage button, and then the numbers should light up. Enter the access code and rotate the thumb turn away from the door edge
- There is a backup key in the lockbox, which can be found next to the glass door, to the left of the front door. The code is 8675309. The front door swells in cold weather, so pull the handle in tight and turn the key OR go to the lower level mudroom entry next to the garage
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash using the 32-gallon trash can w/ wheels supplied in the garage. Trash needs to be placed at the edge of the driveway on Monday nights or by Tuesday morning by 5:30 AM
- Place all recycling in labeled bin in garage
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn both thermostats to 58 degrees in the winter or turn off the A/C in the summer
- Return board games to where you found them
- Close & turn off fireplace
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
