  We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! While a few maintenance-related issues cropped up during our visit, I must commend the owner for their exceptional communication and swift resolution of these matters.

  The property is nestled in a picturesque location on a steep hill. The house was clean, and our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for a getaway!

  The first issue was the drive. That was not gravel, that was rocks! That was not hills it was a roller coaster. We would have brought other vehicles if we were told what the road to cabin was like.The first night we called PM for the projector. Jamie came out could not fix it. The next late afternoon a man comes, turned out the hdmi cord is bad. We are told do not touch because moving it is causing it not to work. Why not replace the cord? The projector did work the rest of visit. One afternoon we had a down pour. The basement bedroom flooded. The suitcases and shoes and phone cords were soaked. As we are cleaning up the mess it was obvious this has happened many times in the past. The damage at the bottom of wall by baseboards was clear. Mold has to be in the wall. We immediately called PM. PM came out after rain helped cleaned up, gave us more detergent for all the extra loads of laundry we now have to do. PM Jamie was kind and come out each time we called. The fridge took a whole day to cool down. The freezer was great the fridge lights did not work. For the price we were not pleased with what we received. Also for the cleaning fee why in the world do we have a list of cleaning before we go!? Hotels do not do that ! Would we return no. PM Jamie was not the issue she was great. It was the property it’s self that is the issue. No we were disappointed in our stay at this cabin.

  - We're sorry to hear that you experienced difficulty with the mountain roads. We do provide a map so that guests can see the approximate location of the home before booking, and we advertise the steep, gravel road in the listing description to ensure that guests are aware.
  - The deck has been removed to help with any flooding issues.

  - The fridge has been repaired so future guests do not have the same experience.
  - As is standard for vacation rentals, guests are asked to complete a few small tasks, like removing their own trash, as part of checkout. The cleaning fee goes to a professional service that sanitizes and prepares the home for each new guest.

  This house is great! My only negative was that they didn't tell us how steep the hill is leading up to the property and it was not an easy chore with two trucks and jet skis, we also had a boat that we ended up getting a slip for because we could not get it parked at the property which added an extra cost we weren't planning on. There is something for everyone there and it fit all 17 of use just fine. Had an issue with hot water and they were super quick to respond.

• PERFECT!

  It was a great getaway for the weekend. The house was clean and spacious. We could have fit another 6 people comfortably. The drive to the cabin created a secluded feel which was much needed. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything(cooking items) you could need and than some. The hot tub did go out once, but sure enough Jaime was sent out and fixed it within 20 mins. Overall great stay and I look forward to going back a third time!

  Overall a nice property and in a good location. Property could use a little maintenance as there were several little issues when we arrived. But we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.
