  • Great Getaway!

    5/5

Off the main road and into the backwoods, perfect hideout cabin. The road for about 5 miles was mainly gravel so no problem for any vehicle. The spacious cabin has everything you need for your stay. The owner Glen met us with assurance anything we needed he was a phone call away. We grilled out steaks and burgers on the grill and made smores on the fire pit. Hiked on trail down to beautiful river. Drove over to Beavers Bend State Park (about 15 minutes away) spent the day (Forest Heritage Museum was great) Overall had a fantastic time, will definitely be back!

  • Adorable, Remote, Cabin Getaway

The cabin is located way out in the wilderness and is quiet and serene. The property manager is onsite, responsive, and very friendly. Will definitely have to go back.

  • Great place out in the woods

    5/5

Awesome little cabin tucked away in the woods, out away from the crowds. Very nice folks on property to lend a hand if anything came up. We enjoyed some company by the fire pit, the smores, and a great hike on the very private trail down to the river and back up some old forestry roads. Overall great place for a small family to stay and enjoy the area.

  • Cute Cabin - a way from the hustle and bustle!

    5/5

Super cute cabin and very comfortable. The owners are very thoughtful, providing hand written instructions to trails and also everything you need for making a fire (including s'mores). Peaceful location where you can play board games (they have several at the house!), hike, relax and reconnect w nature. I will note you do have to drive several miles down a dirt road, which isn't a problem for a truck or suv.
