• Good But needs some work

  Cabin was in a great location. I enjoyed our stay. We were a little disappointed that the dryer didn’t work and we didn’t know until we had wet laundry that we couldn’t dry. Called management and they said someone would be out that day to fix or replace it and no one ever came during the 2 more days we were there. We had to take our laundry to a laundromat to dry it. Also there are cracks and tiles missing tiles in the showers. There was no weather stripping on the back door so bugs got in, but we just put a towel under it at night. The cabin is lovely and it looks like they are trying to update it, and I think it will be great when it’s done! The kids bunk room was a huge selling point for us! And the hot tub was bigger than most cabins which we appreciated. We might consider staying again if a few things get fixed.

  - It's important to us that all of our appliances are functioning well and we sincerely apologize that the dryer was not in full working order during your stay. In understanding your concerns, we attempted to offer you our other house next door. While we tried to resolve the issue with the dryer, our Guest Contact informed you that unfortunately, a new dryer wouldn't arrive before you check out. Guests can rest assured that the issue is fixed and we have installed a new dryer.
  - We appreciate you making us aware of the blinds. They are fairly new but we will inspect them and address them if necessary. In addition, we are also working on updating the shower tile floor as soon as possible.
  We truly do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  Overall the cabin was nice with a large deck and plenty of space. We lost power for over an hour with temperatures in the single digits. Everything is electric so we had no heat or lights. Didn't receive the entry code but was able to call and get the code quickly. Called about the loss of power and never received a call back. Would be a nice place to stay during the summer months. Lots of outdoor space.

• Unimpressed Cabin Rental

  My family and I come to Broken Bow every fall and we were excited to try a new cabin. Sadly we were very disappointed in the cabin. The bank n seemed to not be taken well care of. The kitchen was not stocked well with basics, very few rolls of toilet paper left, towels were stained, 1/4 of a bottle hand soap was left in each bathroom and kitchen, only one roll of papertowels, dirty sponges were left, missing tile from shower floors, both bathrooms leak a lot of water on floor after showering, several light bulbs throughout were not working, one of the bedroom doors did not shut, the barn door in master fell of in the middle of the night, also the outside smelled like sewage. Overall, we were very disappointed in our stay and we will not be returning to this cabin.
