New floors
5/5 This house and yard were perfect for what we needed. Home away from home while having work done. Yard is large and made a big difference for our four legged babies. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to just about anything you need.

Great house space and location
5/5 The house has lots of space. My husband, dogs and I traveled to Tulsa/Bixby area to visit our adult children. The space was great for dinner and watching the NHL playoffs. The location is good, and was convenient for us. Inside could use a few throw blankets and kitchen gadgets. The deck was in okay condition but needs work on railing and the joists on east side stairs are buckling and collapsing. Lastly the outdoor pen needs to be cleaned and table n chairs cleaned with new cushions (they are old and weathered). Gave it 5 because a little work was minimal compared to the time with family.
