This unit had bed bugs and my child was bitten all over by them in his bed. I reached out to the host and all we got was an apology and he had an exterminator come after we left to treat the unit, which doesn’t help us because this was done on the day we left. We also reached out to the Airbnb company Evolve and they done absolutely Nothing either . They covered for the owner and told us there was nothing they could do because the host had his personal exterminator come out and say he only seen 1 bedbug and it was dead therefore there’s no threat of taking any home with us even though we sent them pictures of all the bites all over my sons body. We are very disappointed in how they handled this situation never offering even half of our money back for the inconvenience and compensation for all the personal items, clothes and bags and luggage’s we had to throw away so we wouldn’t bring them creatures home with us .. They get an “F” in our book you might wanna think twice about renting this unit and also doing business with Evolve. They cover for their property owners who are negligent in communicating about units they advertise/rent out that has bug problems on their airbnb listing website.. “Advice to all:” Please Make sure you ask if unit has been treated for bedbugs before you rent!

The technicians did not find any evidence of bed bugs or pests, and this report was forwarded to Evolve as evidence. The apartment is clean and free of any issues so our future guests can rest easy.
- As the apartment is located in nature, little bugs can occasionally enter, so we believe you may have experienced a few harmless bugs during your stay. We do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and are confident that future guests will have an enjoyable stay since the property receives regular pest control.
- We use a professional cleaning company to ensure that the apartment is cleaned and sanitized between guests. The local contact does a walk-through of the property before arrival and we are confident that the home met our high cleanliness standards before your check-in.
- We always work with guests if issues arise and apologize that we were unable to come to the resolution you were hoping for based on the documentation provided.

the place was pretty decent could need a little better with the cleaning from prior renters mostly bathroom shower glass and floor mat was pretty dirty carpet through out needs some attention was kind of crunchy while walking on bare footed air conditioner was not really big enough for entire place otherwise not bad for age of property.
