Overall stay inside the house was pleasant. However, listing purposely does not show the environment of the home. The immediate next door neighbor house is abandoned and boarded up. Looks to have been that way for years. When I brought up this concern of safety, rodents, etc. the lister insist that the owner of the home periodically treats the yard. A blind person can see that the yard and house (covered in vines) has not been managed for many years. 3 women staying here from out of town we were unsure of our safety. The neighborhood in general looked to be very old but, up and coming with improvements.

This home was clean and spacious and exactly what we were looking for. The Uber ride downtown was less than 5 minutes and we had plenty of drivers willing to pick us up at the house. I spoke with the homeowner a few days before our stay and he was very polite and easy to work with. We will definitely check availability next time we are in Cincinnati.

Great home that’s equipped with all the basic essentials. The location was very convenient to all of the attractions we wanted to visit during our stay, including the zoo, museum, waterfront, streetcar line and several breweries. I don’t think we traveled over 15 minutes to any of the sites. The only slightly negative comment is that the air conditioning was off when we arrived and it was 84 in the house. It might be helpful if the property manager would turn on the air the morning of any tenant arrivals. Overall a very nice place to stay.

The home is very nice and had all of the basics that we needed for our stay. The location is very convenient to the attractions we visited (Cincinnati Zoo, Museum, Riverfront), as well as several local breweries. I think most everything was within a 10-15 minute drive of the house. There is also a grocery store and 2 chain pharmacies nearby. We appreciated the off-street parking that could accommodate 2 vehicles as the street in front of the house is quite narrow. Our only modest criticism of the property is that it would have been helpful if the air conditioning had been turned on prior to our arrival. The temp in the house at check-in time was 84 and it was overnight before the upstairs bedrooms had cooled appropriately.
We stayed for a long weekend family trip- two adults and four kids. The house was clean and was exactly as advertised in pictures, with everything we needed. Communication and check-in was perfect, no issues. The only thing we would change is that the house is not very close to many restaurants- one exception was a pizza place a couple blocks away that we did try and enjoyed- but not really a super walkable area, and the neighborhood is a mix of nicely kept and more run-down houses, but we had no problems during our stay.
