Well appointed house in a good location
5/5 Nice house, good location, easy drive to horse show and restaurants. Nice yard for our dog too.

Enjoyed our stay with one minor caveat
5/5 The property was exactly as pictured. It felt clean and taken care of. We had four adults and one dog, and the house was very spacious and comfortable for us. The contact team was amazing - very responsive and helpful. One of the CO detectors started making low-battery noise soon after we checked in. I texted the contact person and they text back and called almost immediately at late hours to help with this issue (not a safety concern since there are many detectors throughout the house).
One minor issue is that the house does have a semi-strong mode-ly smell as some other reviews mentioned. The smells would come back as soon as the windows are closed. The indoor air quality was unfortunately not ideal for sensitive groups.

Excellent Stay
5/5 The property was exactly as described, but better. The fenced in yard is perfect for dogs. The owners were extremely thoughtful with the furnishings, decor, appliances, and providing sundries and supplies you may have forgotten to bring. This is an excellent property.

A compound in Kingston.
5/5 A walk through the orange door and you’re enveloped in a beautifully appointed sanctuary. The vibes are zen, the space is inviting and modern with all your needs anticipated. The hot tub provided a much needed spa like moment and morning coffee in the yard was a wonderful way to reset. While surprised that the house is within a community, once you step inside, you’re in your own world. I would absolutely recommend the home and the owners were incredible to communicate with!!

An Oasis in Kingston
5/5 What a delightful surprise to walk through the most cheerful orange door that leads to room after room of well appointed and comfortable spaces in which to spend a weekend! These owners have thought of everything in advance and you need for nothing.
Its so close to everything and it's a truly private space, despite it being in the middle of a small community. The hot tub is a lovely bonus in the backyard that has such a zen vibe.
Would recommend highly!
