5/5 Our family of five adults and six children got to enjoy this lovely adobe home. It was close to town but had the feeling of country living. The owner was nearby and supplied us with fresh eggs and fruit from her trees. It was rustic in feeling, just like Santa Fe.

Large Family Home
4/5 Home was very spacious for our big family to gather together for the holidays. Host was very responsive and attentive. Only negative I have is we experienced a plumbing problem in the kitchen sink area and one of the bathrooms that we were unaware existed.

Great place for the doggies
4/5 Mary Ann made us feel very welcome and the house was great for the six of us plus two doggies!
Wedding
3/5 First off, I had to call for arrival instructions on day of and while traveling. We arrived only to be met by the owner that was very rude, she took us on a tour when I had mentioned we needed to get dressed for a rehearsal dinner. During our stay she asked to do chores and was very much like we were her houseguests and not had rented the property. The inside was dusty and the fans that were offered were filthy and we had to clean them before use. There was a bedroom we couldn't use because it was infested with spiders. The hot tub we couldn't use the first day because she forgot to maintain it. We used it once because it rained the rest of the time. Some people make like people that hover but we're not one of them. I assumed renting the property would come with privacy but maybe that costs extra. The goats were cool but won't be staying here again.

- We always ask our guests when's a good time for us to open the house and answer any questions they have. You said when you arrived would be fine. We apologize if there was any confusion
- There are no house chores, our cleaner is very thorough, and we double-check their work
- As explained during your visit, we could not take care of the hot tub on the day of check-in due to a medical emergency, and rain is an external factor beyond our control
- The home is very private, but we apologize if it didn't suit your preferences

5/5 Very nice, good location - quiet, plenty of outdoor and indoor room. Lovely/beautiful home with comfortable beds and many amenities. Mary Ann was very personable and helpful. 7 adults had ample space.
