Beautiful cabin in the heart of Ruidoso!! Clean, comfortable, and perfect location to walk to to shops and restaurants!! Only issue we had was parking was very confusing!

This new construction is clean; however, the mattress is old and worn out, not comfortable at all. Who constructs a new building and uses old, worn-out bedding? Also, there is no dresser or suitcase bench in the bedroom. The smart tv is not cable connected and will not connect to the provided router address, no great loss or disappointment there! Due to the construction of a second building, the sloped parking lot has a huge depression / mud hole, be careful of your footing here. This is an upstairs unit, the view from the balcony is primarily the back of a neighboring hotel with the "Sierra Blanca View" adjacent to the hotel. Again, the room is clean, and we enjoyed our stay but will not likely re-visit this property.

From the owner: "Hi Larry, thanks for staying with us! We are sorry your stay fell short of your expectations.
- Thanks for mentioning that the new construction was clean. The hole or depressions are actually engineered retention ponds that the city requires, this is all due to our town flooding because of very hard downfalls all at once. We're sorry if this inconvenienced you in any way.
- All the furniture including the mattresses are new. They are Sears Posturepedic Medium in Hardness. While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences.
- We're sorry that we don't have a suitcase rack in this room. This is due to the fact that here is a large closet to hang your clothes in, with an ironing board, nightstand, and drawers for extra storage.
Thanks again for staying with us and we hope you enjoyed the weather and town."
We really enjoyed staying so close to the shops and breweries. You can walk everywhere. The house was new, clean, and a perfect size for us 2.

Loved the location and the cabin. Everything was outstanding except the mattress was not up to the standard of the cabin.
Super cute and clean. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony…. Saw deer and elk both days. Shopping and night life are within half a block. Definitely recommend!
