  • Cabin was absolutely awesome parking was very horrible

Cabin was awesome but where you have to park is horrible you cannot park next to the cabin and unload your stuff you have to hike up a hill than two flights of stairs the neighbors would not let us park next to it because they said people keep blocking them in so with that being said I would not rent this property again

  • The cabin itself was nice, but there was a serious issue with the parking.

When arriving at the property, the driveway was chained and locked by a neighbor, blocking our access to the cabin. We had to park on a small gravel pull-in below on the street, and walk up a set of poorly maintained steps to the top of the hill to reach the property. There was a staircase with a hand rail, but this was also locked by the neighbor. We contacted the property manager immediately upon arriving to the property, but did not get any resolution at that point or any time during our stay with repeated texts and phone calls with the property manager. Blocking access to a rental by a neighbor is illegal, and we were hoping for a more timely resolution to our issue.

    Manager's Response:

Hi Gavin, we're glad that you enjoyed this beautiful cabin but sorry that the parking was an issue. We followed up with the homeowner, who assured us that they were in contact with you throughout your stay and did their best to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, the police were not willing to get involved as this was not an emergency. The owner let us know that there is an alternative walkway to access the cabin (which is used in the winter months), though they are sorry that you were not able to use the closer parking space. The chain has been removed, and the owner is confident this was an isolated incident.

  • Much needed get away.

My husband and I enjoyed a much needed get away here. This cabin was super cute. It was mostly secluded and back in the woods, and yet it was still only like 5 minutes away from anywhere we wanted to go to. Had plenty of room. Spacious bathrooms and shower. Internet wasn't working, but we didn't bother to get it fixed bc we didn't need it on our getaway, but I'm sure they would've fixed it. If you stay in the summer it can get a little warm. The back room was much cooler than the main room. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.
