Nice quiet area
3/5 Was disappointed faucet in both bath tubs broken. Garbage disposal broken Was clean. Need more comfortable seating are. Chairs out back cheap and uncomfortable

We deeply regret the damaged items that you encountered. Unfortunately, the damage was caused by the previous guest, and we were unaware of the additional issues with the bathtubs and garbage disposal. However, we took swift action and arranged for a professional plumber to correct the situation. Both bathtub fixtures have been replaced, and we have installed a brand-new garbage disposal. We are also planning to update the outside furniture this week.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for choosing to stay with us.Great stay very homie.
5/5 First time in Las Cruces.
Nice clean neighborhood easy to find, booking was easy on line. Beautiful home well cleaned, affordable price. Beds are comfortable master bedroom had a TV, the bathroom was nice and big the bathtub was relaxing, walk in shower the toilet was in a enclosed area had extra towels. The other two bedrooms were perfect for are kid's they we're roomie. The second bathroom was right between the rooms. The living room was comfortable you can watch movies they had hulu, Netflix, Disney+ for the kids. Backyard was clean had a relaxing hammock. Kitchen had all the essentials you needed in the kitchen to silverware, dish cups, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Had a washer and dryer. Your vehicle is safe in the garage. Near by was restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and a mall. So beautiful well recommended. Heather was very friendly on the phone, if you had any questions on the property she had her contact info. Great stay can't wait to go back. Thanks again 😊
