  It is a nice house that has been maintained with love and care. The description is accurate. The owner was very good with communication and even allowed us an early check in as we were coming off a red eye flight. It has a big yard which we were able to enjoy. The kitchen was unusually well stocked. It is a convenient location to go to the university.

  Property was perfect for our family Christmas gathering. Master suite plus 4 additional bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The two living spaces have our group of 8 options for gathering. The well appointed kitchen was a dream to cook in and the backyard was full of beautiful birds. An outdoor seating area and fireplace. Host was attentive and quick to respond. We loved our stay!

  Overall the house was a success for our family!! A convenient circular driveway fits multiple cars and the property is a very short drive or a convenient walk to the Whole Earth market. The downstairs living room, dining space, entry room with gas fireplace, and the kitchen worked very well for us as spacious place to host family members for dinners. The house is a mix of updated and traditional spaces with two updated downstairs bathrooms and a smaller but comfortable upstairs bathroom. The living area TV is mounted near the ceiling (as shown in pics) with plastic film still on the screen, and we didn't use it. The downstairs mattresses were fine. Less investment in the upstairs mattresses. A desk chair needed a bit of attention (it was not designed for that desk's height and it required emergency tightening to avoid collapse). We couldn't figure out how to get the printers to work with our Windows laptop although it seems they are intended for guest use. The master bathroom had a full length mirror propped unsecured against the shower wall. People with small children or who may be unsteady in standing should take note: It would fall over if knocked. The toilet paper holder in the master bathroom is a known in-need-of-repair item. The drapes in the master bedroom cover only a portion of each window, as one drape has been installed in openings where two are needed.The gas fireplace worked well and we appreciated the nicely stocked kitchen!
