1/5 We had high hopes and wanted to enjoy a relaxing family mini vacation until we arrive at this property. We arrived at check in at 3 pm after driving for 2.5 hours but had to wait in the street until the water truck was done filling the pool. The house had potential if ony the owners took care and maintained the property. It was 86 degrees in the house and took 9 hours to reach 74 degrees. The house was dirty, had bugs and mouse droppings, doors didn't lock, open electrical wires, but I will let the photos speak for themselves. We booked the house for 5 nights we left the following day and had to find another house in Sparta which was absolutely gorgeous!! The owner clearly used filters on the photograph for VRBO. They don't deserve 1 star. I wish I could post all the pictures but they only allow 8. I wouldn't recommend this property to my worse enemy.

3/5 The property itself is not bad but I wish they took a better care of it. The house was not yet cleaned when we arrived, the pool was covered with leaves and needed cleaning so we couldn't use it right away. A few chairs were broken, the dishwasher was filled with water and smelled, soap in one of the bathrooms was missing, not enough utensils for use, the linens are of a very low quality and even though washed, still overused. Some of those things were taken care of after I reported them to the property manager. No apology was offered though. When I stay 3 nights only I expect those basic things to be in place so that I could enjoy my days off, not running after someone asking to fix them.

5/5 This is a great house in a great location. We stayed there when we were in town for our daughter's wedding. It is a beautiful area. The house is well stocked with everything we needed. It is roomy and well decorated. We really enjoyed the eclectic art hung throughout the house

Perfect Family House
5/5 House was exactly as described! Loved the setting, the location and the large spaces so we could spread out a bit. Thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit! Everyone had a very nice stay!
