House was in a nice location and was well stocked in the kitchen. Taking a walk down to the stream was a nice experience.

My husband and I spent a fantastic week at this property on Perry Stream! The setting and surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Although we did not use the ATV trails, this property is perfectly situated for great access to the trails and state park properties. We enjoyed the fire pit, the grill, and the beautiful screened in porch (which was perfect for the few rainy days encountered). The kitchen is well appointed to cook as you wish. We also enjoyed dining in (and take-out) at The Rainbow Grille, which is close by. Also, Youngs General Store truly carries anything you may need (and has fabulous steaks!).The property owner is pleasant and responsive, and made us feel right at home.I highly recommend this property when you wish to "get away" from city life. The drive up from Boston was also gorgeous, through the White Mountains.

House had a nice fireplace in the living room that made it very cozy & warm. River walk was amazing. Property is clean, well maintained and on Atv trails. We sat out at the fire pit multiple nights. Can't wait to come back!!
