Some good, some not so
3/5 The property is secluded to the point of being uncomfortable. There is a long driveway off the street and the apartment is the only residence. The apartment faces an abandoned warehouse.
The unit was spacious and the bedding was great. We slept well! But there was no coffee maker. There was a Keurig but no k-cups and there is no nearby grocery. So we had to go out for our morning coffee.
The unit was nicely decorated but the construction is poor. The flooring is buckled and cracked in places and the kitchen cabinets are falling apart and don’t close properly. There is an exposed brick wall which adds character but the brick wasn’t sealed and there is brick dust actively falling off the brick.
For the price this was not a great value given the negatives.

5/5 Great location, cool property. Very pleased with our stay. Clean, cool design, comfortable beds. Only thing that would have made it better if they had a few Keurig cups so we could have had coffee in the morning
