Disappointed experience
1/5 The pictures don't match the actual condition of the house. Brick steps are uneven and easy to trip on. There is a cinder block to assist your step to the fist step. Lights in the house don't all work. In the game room only 2 of the bulbs work in the fixture.Several of the arms on the chairs were loose and could have easily come off with use. All of the windows are nailed shut. Overwhelming smell from air fresheners. We removed 9 so we could breathe in the house. Cockroaches found in the kitchen and bedroom. Patio outside could not be used, furniture falling apart. Old car on property in the back. Overall this was a poor experience. A fire inspector should come and look at the property for all the safety issues. The property manager was helpful and available. Even the code for the door was wrong. Fire alarm went off when the steam from the shower came from out. There is no fan in the bathroom. The second bathroom has a faulty lock and 2 different people were locked inside.Please for your safety and your family do not consider this property.

- We’ve replaced the lightbulbs in the game room and removed the chairs with loose arms to help ensure guest safety.
- We checked every window and none are nailed shut. We’re sorry they appeared that way during your stay.
- Air fresheners in the home have been scaled back to avoid overwhelming scents.
- The second bathroom lock has been taken care of, and we secured the patio furniture to make the space more usable.
