We come to the area often, and hate hotels. We also live in the suburbs, so having forest, expansive grass, and privacy from neighbors was what we wanted. This home looks brand new! It has a vintage/midcentury vibe that is young and also homey. We loved the beds...plan to ask the owner where they were purchased since everything seems very upscale and so comfortable. I couldn't believe how I just happened to choose a home that offers so many ways to prepare my morning coffee! I sat out on the screened in porch and felt like I was in the middle of a bird aviary. We were out there for hours and I did some work on my laptop too. So peaceful and kind of surreal, as I am used to city noises. Just birds and other wildlife was all I could hear against a back drop of trees and stars. I even thought I heard a few jungle noises LOL. The house seemed small at first but it's actually very roomy...it has absolutely everything you need including plenty of storage space and luggage racks and even a magazine rack in the bedrooms. So many hotel-like details but done in a cozy way. I loved all the magazines and books available to read. Gorgeous HUGE TV. WIFI worked great. A bonus was the long table seating and shade canopy outside on the deck which, with the lights hanging around it, looks like a photo in a magazine. We were able to grill and just enjoy being together. We tried two good restaurants nearby including Daddy D's and another local restaurant. Excellent food. People in Willow Spring are so friendly! The nearest grocery store is really fun to walk around and has a ton of really great ready-made food. Other types of shopping turned out to be just about 15 minutes away. Not bad if you want to shop, but we were glad to get back to the house where it is SO QUIET and relaxing. It was like we were in another world. Modern country is how I would describe it. I'll be coming back! Don't change a thing!
