It was beautifully decorated, clean, and had comfortable beds. The parking situation isn’t ideal, but we knew about that before booking. The views are worth it!! My only real complaint is that there were no extra towels/washcloths. There were 6 of each and 6 people in our group. I didn’t expect a huge amount, but a few extra sets would be nice.

The place was a little hard to find ,ESPECIALLY at night . The guys at the front desk was rude after calling them 3 times for help with directions very unhelpful But once we actually made it to our room It was absolutely beautiful very clean & cozy , the view was breath-taking Our kids was excited to swim at the indoor pool when i opened the door the overwhelming chemical smell took our breath & the heated pool was cold . The hot tub had a greenish color maybe from chemicals we had to leave . .Not long after that i was extremely sick with a migraine . We figured once we got in we would make a Walmart run it took us about 45 mins to get to bummer. The beds was hard (especially for someone like me with Back pain issues) but the linens was so so soft warm cozy feeling i actually ordered me a T-shirt comforter like we slept on before we left :) & the water presser taking a bath/shower was terrible . The hot water to take a bath/shower i never even turned the cold side on & The hot water still wasnt hot enough . So alot of pros & Cons . But nothing is like home

We truly enjoyed our stay for Christmas! We really felt like we were in a cabin! The kids enjoyed the views and we didn't want to leave! This was our second time staying at Sugar Mountain, and this time most definitely topped the first time! Highly recommend!
