5/5 The cleanliness of the property was exceptional! Exactly as pictures showed. Plenty of room for one or two couples. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings drinking coffee and just relaxing throughout the day. Quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend to family and friends. The only drawback was the parking. It would be hard for someone in a full size pickup truck or the bigger SUV’s to get in and out of the driveway. No really good place to turn around. It would be hard for anyone to get in and out during winter months.

Rocky Top Solace
5/5 The place was as advertised! It had many amenities that many places do not have. There were two types of coffeemakers, the pod type and a regular coffee brewer. An air fryer/toaster oven. Coffee, sugar (of several different types) flour, and many spices were provided. Games, books, binoculars, and much more. We had some minor problems of our own making, but management could not have been more helpful!!

Attending Aunts 100th birthday
5/5 We visited the area to attend my aunts birthday party and to visit family and friends. We arrived after dark, but the security lights were a great help unloading the car. We found the house exceptionally clean. We were able to have coffee the next morning due to the kitchen being well stocked. The view was magnificent! Rocking on the deck looking out at the mountains in front was beautiful.
Only wish we had been furnished more towels and wash clothes.
We would definitely book this house again.
