Nice properly. Close but not too close to town. Beautiful area. Water pressure wasn't the greatest and could use better instructions on how to use the internet but overall very nice place. Im not sure why we're charged so much for a service fee when we're expexted to clean and do laundry. But overall a nice place to stay.

I agree with Michelle A.'s pros and cons for the most part, but here are updates:Pros-Queens beds were comfy and pillows had pillow cases-Bath mats were present and VERY soft!-Coffee station was cute and well-stocked (Keurig had been added)Cons-house is located on a sharp curve with no mailbox or signpost at the end of the driveway with a house number-two locks on the front door with instructions for opening only one-poison ivy on the wall by the driveway-many lightbulbs were missing/burnt out-TV died on the second night (only TV in the house and stormy weather cancelled some of our activities)-inconsistent/inaccurate communication (was told there was no VCR even though there was; was only told about one lock and there were two; received no response in regards to the broken TV for two days; was told that the TV would not be replaced during our stay and we would be compensated, then we were told that the TV would be replaced; was told the smoke alarm was going off in the hallway but it would be over an hour before it could be resolved; a different person responded each time there was an issue)We opted not to have the TV replaced while we were there because we were leaving the next morning (by the time the offer was made).

Pros+great location+spacious, inside and out+wood provided for fire pit+zipline+well-stocked kitchen for basic cooking+paper towels, dish soap, kitchen towel, and sponge provided+good water pressure in showers+small shampoo and conditioner, as well as soap were provided+2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 2 washcloths per bedroom; thick and fluffy towels+comfortable bed in master bedroom+gas grill was great, and all appropriate grill utensils were provided Cons-no pillow cases on pillows in the master bedroom, only shams; we looked for extra cases but couldn't find any-one of the twin beds (the one nearest the door) was very squeaky and my daughter ended up having to move into the third bedroom because it was disturbing both her and her sister's sleep-the bedside table between the 2 twin beds was very unstable which made it unusable-limited seating in the living room, and it is not comfortable; when you sat on the couch, you tilted toward the middle; with a house with bed space for 6 people, it would be nice if the living room also had seating for 6, instead of 4-the bottom half of the TV has issues (no clear picture) which made it difficult to watch-the coffee maker had moldy, used grounds in it; K-cups were provided but there was not a machine to use them in-preprogrammed thermostat; wouldn't hold the temperature when we changed it to our desired temp-no bathmats in bathrooms-filthy deck; at least the seating and table should have been wiped down

House was very clean and well stocked. We had an initial issue with the air con, which was rectified immediately. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
