Could be amazing
3/5 Cute place with a lot of potential. Needs better cleaning service. Large bugs (not water bugs) seen the first night. Dust in corners, stains on sheets, no available vacuum, broken broom in closet. I found it difficult to get ahold of anyone. The outdoor space needs better keep up. Deck needs a good power washing or scrub down. Great location, short drive to beach. No problem with finding public parking.

-We do have a regularly scheduled pest service; however, with the amount of rain received this summer we are battling the same issue as the other home rentals with regards to pests. This feedback will also help us bring a better vacation experience to the next guests.

Enjoyable Stay
4/5 Enjoyed a stay with our adult children. A quiet neighborhood with easy access to beaches, restaurants and activities. The house and pool area had all the basics for the week.
