5/5 The property is about 8-10 from Brevard, parts of AVL, Hendersonville, DuPont State Forest, Bent Creek Forest, and Pisgah National Forest, but there really isn’t any where to walk to any eateries (one Blue Ridge Pizza) but it’s kinda busy street/road. The home is nicely appointed, very clean, roomy for multiple people. There are noises from above if you are at all sensitive to this it’s something to consider. If you have a large vehicle with bike racks etc, it could be a challenge getting down the driveway and turned around, you’d have to be very skilled to back up and out of the driveway and there are no alternatives for parking as the upper driveway is shared with tenants above.

Delightful! Good for the soul!! Just far enough away from it all
5/5 First, the property was exactly as pictured which is modern comfortable and zen-like. The location which is on a residential through-way (not a super busy street, but a street) was perfect for visiting friends in the Etowah/Horseshoe area. The outdoor space and patio were like an oasis with the sound of the fountain and fireflies/hummingbirds. I could've sat out there for hours and hated to leave! There's a grocery store literally less than 5 minutes away; and it's less than a 20 minute drive to downtown Hendersonville or Brevard, about 30 minutes to Ashville. The hosts are a text away if you need anything. I felt really safe the whole time I was there and left door unlocked much of the time. I would 100% absolutely recommend this place and I will stay here again.Just a couple of things you should know-I wouldn't recommend setting out for a walk directly from the property - you will need a car.The wifi works great however at times I did not have cell signal in interior rooms. Easy enough to step outside but I did miss some unexpected texts/calls.No "fast food" options around in the area which for me was a plus but for my teenager it was not.There are dogs on the property. We did not interact with them and you don't really see them but they do occasionally bark.Overall our stay was a great value and a fabulous experience. Wholeheartedly recommend !!!!!

Location was the best
5/5 The home was very nice, Exceptionally well maintained. Parking was a little difficult with a big truck but overall it was perfect.
