Wonderful house, but the pests…
4/5 The house itself was great. Most everything for the kitchen was included. We did need to pick up some ice trays and a cookie sheet but everything else needed was there. Wood floors throughout the whole house. Nice large backyard and patio. They really put some time into making this a nice place. Quiet neighborhood. The only issue we had were the roaches that showed up the second night. From doing some reading, this part of North Carolina can have a roach problem. They weren’t large but big enough to freak us out. They were mainly confined to the front hallway and the floor of the kitchen area. We called our contact and he had someone come over the following morning to spray and lay traps. This did seem to help as the numbers decreased over the next few nights. Bessie from the pests, this is a great location and as long as the pest problem was taken care of I would stay again.
Good and quiet
5/5 Every thing was very nice! Would be better if it had a grill. It is a duplex, the one next door was being worked on. But we were hardly ever there. Only to sleep, so we never heard any of the work.
Needed Attn
3/5 The property was fine except for the roaches in the kitchen. Recommend regular pest control.
