We scheduled 3 nights in this home, and all went well the first night. The home is very nice. Other than not being able to find a broom to sweep the porches, I was okay with it. We had no issues getting up the mountain with our Jeep.
Then the first morning, our Jeep Cherokee broke down in Cherokee, and we did not make it back to the house to get our belongings until the morning we had to checkout. Our son-in-law drove from Wilmington to rescue us and take us home. Bummer!! We spent 2 nights in a Microtel instead of the house.
I hope your trip is better than ours!!
The property was very clean. The home had everything we needed for our stay. The driveway is steep on the drive up, but totally worth it. The property has plenty of room to enjoy inside and out. We enjoyed the solitude, mountain views, and local wildlife (lots of birds, fire flies, etc.). This is a wonderful property to visit.

The property is very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The host also included items like soaps, etc., if needed. The driveway is steep, but totally worth it. Once at the property, there are gorgeous views and solitude.
