Just Perfect !!
5/5 Two families were in town for a surprise engagement and we found this the perfect gathering place. The neighborhood was so quaint, loved the safety of the neighborhood, the proximity to everything you need. The home was very welcoming with comfortable bedding and furnishings. The kitchen was nicely stocked with anything you would need. Love the toiletries goodie bags on each bed , what a nice touch. The host was very accessible and left us coffee pods!! The house was the last missing piece we needed to help celebrate a family engagement. Thank you for sharing beautiful home!! We will come back!!

Plaza Midwood Stay
5/5 Enjoyed our 3 night stay on Pecan Ave. ( In town for son’s wedding celebration.). Location was great for walking to downtown, groceries (Harris Teeter), breweries/restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, cute family homes (many decorated for Halloween). Only negative was WiFi kept fading in/out. Would stay there again if/when visiting Charlotte!

5/5 House was perfect for our needs as a family of 5. Truly in walking distance of everything in the neighborhood (which is really pleasant, btw). Property manager was very communicative and accomdating. Would definitely stay here again!
