    Perfectly sized house for our family. Enough rooms & bathrooms for everyone to feel comfortable. Kitchen was big enough for 9 adults to cook together. Dining room also big enough to accommodate all of us for meals & board games. Perfect location - easy walk to downtown. We will definitely stay here again!

    It was nice just to get away, but still able to walk to several places, and enjoy ourselves. The area is nice, rhe people were very friendly and the house was beautiful, spacious and comfortable!

  • Perfect Location in Brevard

    We enjoyed our stay at the Campbell House in Brevard. As former residents of Brevard, the house brings back fond memories of our childhood in the area, especially of our mother. The location is perfect - it's within walking distance to downtown, and the rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. Our only concerns about the property were:1. When we arrived, there were small ants in the kitchen that we were able to manage with bug spray (we did not report this until the visit was over - we didn't want any spray that we couldn't control in the kitchen around the food).2. While the kitchen appears to be an industrial kitchen, the pots & pans are not in good shape, and nearly all the knives were serrated or dull, which made meal prep a challenge.3. The house does not have central air, only wall A/C units. It's easy to keep the bedrooms cool, but keeping the other rooms in the house comfortable (in the summer) is a challenge.Again, we really enjoyed our trip and we would definitely stay there again if our group goes back to Brevard.
