  • We highly recommend staying in this cottage! You will not be disappointed! Such a special place!

    5/5

Thank you so much for sharing this special place with others and for all of your hospitality! We so enjoyed our time here. As much as we loved doing all the things near by like Biltmore, Cherokee, etc., we could not wait to get back to the cottage to just sit back and relax and enjoy all of the special touches you have put into this cottage. It provided not only a wonderful backdrop with the view of the mountains all around but also provided a time for us to slow down, relax and enjoy the peace! The Christmas decor, waffle mix and bottle of wine you provided was really appreciated! You really went out of your way to make sure we had the best time here. The little town of Black Mountain was a neat little place 10 mins away to grab a bite to eat and do a little shopping. Also, all of the recommendations you provided was great too. It is so evident that you really want your guest to enjoy there time here. Loved all of the original details and the history of the cottage. The bedding is very comfortable and beautiful! We loved hanging out on the screened in porch too! We can not wait to come back and stay.

  • Spacious, great location, very clean

    5/5

The Admirals Cabin was lovely. Our camping vacation was rained out, so we found this on short notice with the expectation of spending three rainy days inside. We were very comfortable, we stayed dry on the porch, there was lots of interesting decor, interesting history, very clean. One small criticism was the stongly scented linens. Some people like that. We do not. Communication with the host was excellent.
