Nice stay!
4/5 Overall this is a very nice unit. Great location to all the restaurants in Banner Elk. The beds were comfortable with good linens. Unfortunately we could not use the hot tub. The water was very murky and had debris in it. The showers really need to be recaulked and new shower curtains put in. The kitchen was very well stocked.

Perfect weekend getaway
5/5 Really enjoyed this centrally located townhouse in the heart of downtown Banner Elk. It is a great place for a weekend getaway with the girls if you’re looking to be able to walk to area restaurants or take a quick drive to nearby attractions such as the Banner Elk winery or Alpine Coaster.
Beautiful
5/5 I was super impressed with this property. Very well kept, clean close to the ski slopes. Truly wonderful and will stay here again. Only complaint would be the parking. The driveway only accommodates 1 car and the garage door was broken. The property manager was super helpful in finding an alternate parking space so no big deal but would love to come again and use the garage next time as well.

Gorgeous property with quirks
4/5 This is a beautiful and comfortable townhome near restaurants and bars if not a bit too close to noisy river rafting meeting points on some mornings. It was a 9 out of 10 experience overall with an unusual and unnecessary negative. Halfway through our stay, the upstairs guest bathroom toilet started to overflow from a clog. We searched and were told there were plungers on the property but found nothing. We were then told that the cleaning crew would stop by to unclog the toilet but they never showed. This was a simple fix but did not happen leading to uncomfortable and unsafe back and forth up and down stairs during the night by my family. Other than this weird occurrence we enjoyed the week.
