Thanksgiving Get together
4/5 Suited our purposes for a small family get together. The kitchen was adequately stocked to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. The location of the property was ideal. So close to everything.

Nice Cabin
4/5 Cabin is a short drive to Asheville and downtown Weaverville with easy access to the highway nearby. Lovely sunrsie views over the mountains from the front porch and then sunset views on the back deck. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen which not only included spices and oil but also pantry staples such as coffee, sugar and tea. Area was very quiet and relaxing.Directions to the cabin could have been more clear as we did not realize that the driveway to the cabin shared a driveway with the Zen Temple next door and we drove by a few times before making our way up the driveway to the cabin. The cabin does need a few repairs including a cracked window in one of the bedrooms and several light bulbs were burnt out. Check out instructions were a bit confusing as we were told to "take out the trash" but there are no trash containers near the cabin itself - we ended up putting our trash in the containers at the end of the shared driveway. Not sure I agree with the high cleaning fees associated with this rental ($195 when we booked) considering how much we had to clean up ourselves per the check out instructions and based on the so so cleanliness of the cabin (stains in toilets, wet pillows left in washer from previous rental/cleaning crew). We've stayed in cleaner cabins with lower cleaning fees.Overall a great value for such a spacious and relaxing place close to Asheville.
