This was a great experience. I had never rented a private home before and this was a wonderful start. The house was clean clean clean and everything was in working order. We had coffee on the back deck every morning. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was good which was really nice after a lot of walking and hiking. We didn't have to pack as many clothes since we had use of the washer and dryer. The dishes were new-looking ( I have a thing about old yucky plates ) and there was plenty of seating for meals. It was a nice place to go to at the end of a day of sight-seeing.
We went to Livingston to visit our son. Duplex was a perfect spot for us. We enjoyed the deck out back as well as walking around the neighborhood. Close to town for grocery, etc while still being easy to access river and mountains. Beds were very comfortable, we cooked many of our own meals and kitchen had all we needed. Grill on deck worked great. Host was easy to get ahold of and helpful for a early checkin.

Town of Livingston very busy and interesting. Many different types of stores and restaurants to visit. our condo was just off the main street. Didn't realize it was jumping off point for many activities. Condo was clean and nicely furnished. Spent many days going to all the attractions of national parks and seeing all the places our grandson spent his time away from classes at Montana State in Bozeman. Had a few deer out in backyard one evening along with all the wildlife in Yellowstone park we visited. We do wish the smoke from fires in forests weren't so prevalent. Took away from beauty of this region. Instructions with rental needs updating since there isn't any need for key to front door and deck outside had a few warped trex boards to trip on. Otherwise nice rental.
We were very happy with our in town location. The house was clean and easy to move in. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets available. We loved having the deck.
