• Nice little cottage for two!

  We had a great three night stay at this little cottage. My wife thought the photos did not do it justice. It is well located as it is close to downtown and other sites such as the C. M. Russell Museum, Giant Springs, and the Lewis and Clark Discovery Center. A great place for any couple. We recommend it and would certainly stay there again if we visit Great Falls another time.

• A gem in the city.

  Quiet neighborhood, pristine clean, and a lovely outdoor, private sitting area made this home a refuge at the end of a day. We visit this area a few times a year and this will be our forever rental.

• Charming Cottage

  The cottage was very charming. It had everything we needed for our stay in Great Falls. The neighborhood was quiet. The cottage was close to shopping.

• THE SAUNA HOUSE

  We were not pleased with our stay at all. When we arrived, we couldn't figure out where to park. The info that said 1 vehicle can be parked in the driveway. There is no driveway. In their unit, it said we could park in the "gravel space". There is no gravel. There is a rock bed right in front of the house that looks like some sort of landscaping, but that's where you park. When we arrived the house was HOT! We turned the AC to the highest and coldest setting and at 8:00pm, the thermostat read 86 degrees. At 9:40pm I e-mailed our contact. No response. At 11:00pm I e-mailed him again. No response. At 11:30pm, we got it down to 81 degrees and at that point we could open the windows. Well, most of them. The only window in the main area doesn't have a screen, so for bug and safety reasons, we couldn't open it. We got it cooled down over the night and left the next morning for a hike (left the AC the whole time). When we got back to the house around 1:30pm, it was already back up to 80 degrees inside. Not only was the AC unit highly ineffective (we have the same style at our house in MT and it's a rock star), but there didn't seem to be much wall/ceiling insulation to help maintain the temp. I e-mailed our contact again and told him we were leaving. I also messaged Evolve through their VRBO listing. No response until today and we've been home since yesterday. FYI: The ceilings in this house are only 7' which was uncomfortable for someone tall like me.
