I got to a condo that had no lock on it. No response from VRBO or owners
4/5 My daughter and I got to a condo that didn't not lock. 2 girls by themselves. No one would answer my text ,calls or emails until last night. When it was to late. I have always had good luck in the past with VRBO. Communication is usually excellent. I'm highly disappointed. Still have not received any money back!
