It is a neat place, that has a log cabin feel on the inside. There is tons of room inside, but the listing is misleading. It is a studio - there is no separate bedroom. You can see all the beds from the living room, they are all within a few feet of each other. Also, our first night, there were 6 cars parked in front of the garages, and we had to park in the grass. The listing says you have 4 parking spots and 2 garage spaces to access, but we never figured out how to access garage (plus there were often cars parked in front of them). Also, this is a shared unit (mentioned in listing) - there is a door, that I assume leads into it that we kept locked, but you could hear them through the door and wall (there is a bed against that wall that we didn't use, because you could hear too much from the other side of the wall). The bed we slept in was hard to sleep in because it was incredibly squeaky/creaky and loud when you made the slightest move or adjustment. Also, we had a hard time getting in when we first arrived. We had our key code and there is a door next to where we parked with a keypad - but apparently that was not the right door. We had to walk through the grass, around to the back of the building and use a key pad on that door. Be sure to have a flashlight if you arrive after dark for the walk. Also, because it's all open, highly recommend adding some type of curtain to the windows on both doors. This our 3rd time renting through Evolve, but the first time we've been disappointed with our stay.
