Our trip was for a weekend getaway for my boyfriend and I. A quick getaway to decompress and just focus on us. The location and property was excellent. Although it was an apartment it still had the down home feel and you hardly ever heard the neighbors. I would for sure stay here again and also recommend to others.

Great place. Very clean. Nice appliances, nice furniture, comfortable beds, nice towels, and sheets/blankets. Lots of nice dining ware, utensils, etc. in kitchen. Wifi worked great. The closest thing to a complaint was the very strong odor/fragrance from the two air freshners plugged into the wall outlets. We unplugged them and left the windows open. The smell dissipated, but was still slightly there even on the 8th day of our stay. Now that I'm home, I can detect the scent on clothes. But, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The location was good, close to many restaurants. Property had Keurig coffee maker and everything needed including a washer and dryer. Very comfortable, quiet and clean. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for a little over 2 weeks. The apartment is very comfortable, very clean. I loved the location, near the Smithville down town. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had all the basics I needed. Was great having washer and dryer in the unit. Apartment was very quiet. The host was very helpful, quick to respond to questions. I will definitely look to stay here again when I am back in the area!

We enjoyed our stay here in this updated VRBO. Access to downtown, the lake and proximity to the city was great. Smithville is an up and coming community. Our contact person was super accommodating to us which is always a win. We would stay here again and recommend to anyone.
