The property had a gorgeous view of the lake. It was less than 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City and it was easy to drive to other locations in the area.
It was a bit challenging to get to especially when arriving at night. I would recommend better instructions as our navigation kept telling us we were at the property when we were not. This is due to the complex being built into the hill and if you were at a home above or below it, it thought you were there.
There was one issue brought to the property contact’s attention that was quickly rectified.
The home is open from one level to the other and is the flooring is wood so sound echoes in the property.
One chair and ottoman combo look to have two legs from each on the other piece so the chair slopes down at the front and the ottoman slopes up.
Overall, it was a gorgeous, prime location and nicely decorated with all the comforts of home.

The home was beautiful and clean. The owner went above and beyond to make sure there was a baby gate for our 3 grandchildren. We had a wonderful stay. I would love to stay again.
The house was a great set up for our family. Plenty of bathrooms and sleeping space for our family ages 2 years - 67 years. The older kids loved the game room set up on the lower level. And the well designed kitchen made it easy to prep meals/snacks. AND - the less than 1 mile trip to Silver Dollar City was SO NICE to avoid all the traffic.

The house is new and beautiful and very spacious. The view of the lake and fall trees is breathtaking. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. We really had a wonderful time. Just be aware there is only 1 bedroom on the main floor. The other 4 are downstairs. And the area is a bit tricky as it is under construction and does not have road signs in the neighborhood. Try to arrive while it is still light outside.
The house itself is very nice, the owners as well. There were a few things we hope they deal with for the sake of future guests - such as getting blinds or curtains up in the rest of the rooms where there weren't any, filling out the rest of the cooking supplies, and having backstock of other supplies in case guests run out. We arrived about 15 minutes early with permission from the owner, but the cleaning crew was still there and easily had another hour's worth of things to do. But rather than finishing (which we even offered to leave and get out of their way to do), they insisted they were done and left quickly. Then over the course of our stay, we found multiple things that had been left undone. There were no dishwasher pods left behind, only one spare trash can liner, a very full outdoor trash bin, and a couple of the TV remotes didn't have batteries.
The worst part for us though was the construction interruptions. We knew that the house was in a new construction zone and that the listing highlighted that some of the roads had not yet been paved. But our experience went way beyond that. Early in the morning of day 2 for us, we got woken up by knocking on the door and a construction worker asking us to move our vehicles up the hill so they could gravel the drive. Inconvenient, but whatever. The next day we get another knock at the door telling us we needed to move our vehicles again and overnight this time. And when I say "hill", we are talking about a really steep and long incline. Mind you we had 2 babies in our group and a grandmother who has had 2 knee surgeries. So you can imagine the frustration of trying to get to and from our cars over the course of that 24 hours.
I've waited a while to leave my review because I've been hoping to get to a place where I could say that Evolve was great to work with afterward, but it's been almost 2 months since our stay and they've gone completely dark. I got one response from them after sending 2 messages and that response was just a request for more information. I've sent multiple messages since then and have gotten nothing back. I recommend bypassing Evolve if possible, which is a shame because the house itself is very nice and when the community is completed, it will be a great location.
