Decent... but ants... and not cleaned properly...
2/5 The property was updated and decently nice. There was a bit of a smell (new paint probably) that took a bit to get used to. The one big negative was the ants. We found them in our beds, bedrooms and bathrooms. They did send someone out to spray, but it was a bit disturbing to find them. Also, the fixtures were very dusty and we found blood smear in the bathroom. It was too bad, because the condo itself was very nice looking and comfortable, but the ants, blood and dust, kind of put a damper on our enjoyment. Once we bought spray ourselves, washed the sheets, cleaned up the blood smear with disinfectant and dusted, we were very comfortable. They charged premium prices (above average for our dates, week after July 4) but the cleanliness didn't match up with those prices. For that reason we won't stay there again. On the positive side, the property management were very friendly, and responsive and offered to help take care of these issues after we discovered them, but honestly we shouldn't have had to deal with them on our vacation.

Nice little condo
5/5 Good little condo. Do have to walk down stairs to unit. Door to main building not secure at all. Unit was warm and thermostats won’t go below 68. They had stand alone fans to help so others must have thought it was hot too.

Great trip to Branson
5/5 This place was located very well between the lake and the strip. Great view from the back patio! The place was clean and had all the amenities that we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
Overall a good stay
4/5 For the most part this was a good place to stay. We arrived around 9:30pm. We used all sleeping places. Unfortunately, there were not any sheets for the pull out sleeper sofa. We had to wait for someone to bring us some at 10:45pm. Other than that it was a good stay.

STAIRS BEWARE
3/5 I will start by saying this condo is in a good location, beds were comfortable, plenty of linens and pillows, even pool towels were provided. However, we found some discrepancies in the description, “step free access” is a major fail, there was a full flight of stairs to go down to the condo and both bathrooms had bath tubs to step over to get in and there was no grab bar as stated. Also there is no ice maker at all, 2 empty ice trays are provided. We did call Evolve within an hour of our arrival as we had my elderly mother joining us and the stairs were a problem for her, the man told us to contact VRBO and we have not gotten any help from either place at the time this review was written.Also, they charge a cleaning fee and while the condo was mostly clean, there was a lot of hair in the master bathroom, popcorn on the rug in the living room and Dorito remnants on the kitchen floor.Also, there were not any gas grills on the property anywhere, we even asked a worker at the complex.We truly enjoyed our time in Branson, but feel the listing is inaccurate and don’t want people being misled as we were. The stairs were the biggest issue for us, along with not getting any assistance from evolve or VRBO.
