  We had great communication from the property owner….However first and foremost this is NOT A PRIVATE HOME…. It is a duplex…. Very unexpected to say the least. We did have plenty of room amd were very comfortable during our stay, cleanliness was definitely an opportunity for sure many of the dishes in cabinets were dirty. It was overall an ok stay.

  Property was descent. Has stuff listed that wasnt present. Back yard needs to be cleaned up. And the TVs throughout the house were a mess.

• It was a duplex not a full house

  For starters when we got there found out it wasn’t a house like it said on Vrbo it was a duplex. It was clean didn’t appreciate it being hot inside the air was turned off. When we opened the garage most of the garage was taken up with their stuff. The fan and light in the master bedroom didn’t work. It was a nice place other than that. But we prefer a house. The neighborhood was nice.

  - We've listed the property as a townhome to accurately represent the layout.
  - Typically the thermostat is set at 75, and guests are free to adjust it to their comfort level. We’ve asked our cleaner to take a photo of the thermostat before she leaves to ensure it's set appropriately.
  - The garage is not accessible to guests, which is indicated in the listing and pre-stay information.
  - The fan and overhead light in the primary bedroom isn't currently working, but there are two lamps on either side of the bed to provide adequate lighting. The A/C works well to cool the property.
  - While we want our guests to enjoy their stay, we also need them to respect the property. Unfortunately, damage caused by your pets during the stay resulted in additional time and expenses.
  The owner works hard to provide an outstanding guest experience, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied visitors.

  When we arrived it was very hot and humid outside, however once inside the rental it was well cooled and comfortable, which was truly appreciated. However, the rental was not adequately cleaned, stocked or maintained. The living room furniture was worn out (sagging, stained and difficult to get up from) there were excessive furnishings throughout the living space and the back porch creating a very cluttered environment. We needed to wipe out the fridge and clean the kitchen floor before bringing our supplies in. Long white hair was found inside and pet waste in the back yard, which required purchasing a shovel to clean up. Overall, the rental was not as we typically experience, and we would not choose to stay there again, nor can we recommend it.

  The property was just what we needed during our stay. We were able to enjoy the city then come back and relax. I would definitely recommend this property to others!
