Everything was very comfortable and clean. Older home that has been well kept. Reminded me of my grandmother’s home. Staying there again in two weeks.

This was a nice place to stay with everything we needed. Check in and check out were both very easy, and they were flexible with check in time. One negative is that there was no hot water. We contacted the host who replied within a few hours and a plumber was out (on a Saturday) within an hour after that. However, we did already have cold showers at that point and had to be in to let the plumber into the house. With the small inconveniences, it was still a nice stay!

Our stay was necessitated due to cancer treatments at Mayo clinic.
House is very clean and well supplied. The beds are extremely comfortable. The host is very responsive but not intrusive. Location is the main draw here. 8-minute drive to Mayo, grocery and food options minutes away, and my favorite, a nice walking trail just around the corner.
The price was comparable to what we would have spent on a small hotel room.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Nice quiet, safe neighborhood. Very comfortable and clean. The property manager,Chuck, was awesome. Had a little trouble with the TV and internet connection but he was there to help in a matter of minutes.

We stayed for five days while my teenage son had appointments at the Mayo Clinic. Everything was clean and spacious, and the light in the morning was especially beautiful. Indoor garage parking was great because it snowed while we were there. The owner texted the first evening to make sure everything was okay and encouraged us to reach out if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again.
