This property features 4 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is located at the front door facing the front outdoor entry, camera 2 is at the primary patio door facing the patio entry, camera 3 is at the kitchen door facing the patio entry, and camera 4 is near the hot tub facing the back patio and grill area away from the tub. The cameras do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video and sound while guests are in residence

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The key is located inside a lockbox. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- To unlock, press the front of the keypad to wake it, then enter your 4-digit code followed by the # sign. In humid conditions, the lockbox may stick slightly. If this happens, gently press the top left corner of the keypad back toward the house for better contact. Once done, re-enter your code followed by # to access the keys
- The 4 digit code + # combo also unlocks the back door near the hot tub, which is most easily accessible by walking around the back of the house to the right of the front door. Should you have trouble with the lockbox, please access the property this way before calling the Guest Contact
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher. Please make sure that the dishwasher starts, as the buttons sometimes read a bit confusing (don't hold down the start button because that 3-second hold is to cancel)
- Strip the beds and leave the sheets on top of the beds
- Please put any used or dirty towels in the washer and start the load of laundry
- Put away the Pack ‘n Play and/or highchair in the bunk bedroom closet
- Please make sure that the gas line located near the grill is turned to the 'off' position. The yellow gas valve must be perpendicular to the gas line
-Remember to sign out of your streaming services on the TVs you used during your visit
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Set the thermostat to the following temperature depending on the time of your stay: May 1-September 30: set “Cool” to 75 degrees; October 1-April 30: set “Heat” to 65 degrees
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- For the back door near the hot tub, please make sure the switch on the back of the lock is set to the unlock setting and firmly close the door
- Please clean up all outdoor spaces, including the fire pit, backyard patio, hot tub area, and pickleball court (the net should be pushed near the bike rack)
- Hot Tub Instructions: Ensure no debris has fallen into the hot tub, set the temperature to 99 degrees, and securely place the cover over the spa when finished
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- 6 vehicles can be parked in the driveway. Guests can park in the U-shaped driveway, the concrete parking area, and on the grassy/gravel area to the south of the paved concrete near the fenced front patio
- RV/trailer parking allowed on-site
