Clean unit with space. Not spectacular but as advertised and fairly priced. Owner is courteous and friendly.
Property was great! It was very clean and the property manager was very accommodating. We would definitely return to property if in the area and highly recommend it to others.

Kitchen cabinets smelled very wet and mildewing. The base boards were pulled away from the walls. Light fixture in one of the bedrooms did not work. Wheel on one of the beds was broken. Then on first night we blew a fuse and we had no power in half of the unit for about 2 hours. We also had to listen to stomping and racing and chasing that was so loud that after an hour of it nonstop my husband had to go up and find out what was going on it was the owners son playing with his dog. The noise was unreal. Then the second night we were approached by Sandy the owner and she confronted me by asking how many people I had in my unit and I told her 8 and she told me that it only sleeps 5 maybe 6 but yet her listing states it sleeps 8. I only have 5 sleep there but I had a couple of visitors which I am allowed and I did text her prior to my arrival and told her that and even stated if it was a problem to please let me know and she never emailed or said anything to me until my company arrived but I was still within my 8 person capacity limit which in the beginning I told her that's how many were staying. She smelt like marijuana and you could smell marijuana being smoked on the premises. When she approached me about how many people I had in the rental you could tell she was blown out of her mind. I told her she was more than welcome to come in and take a head count if she would like. This place really needs to be reevaluated by VRBO for future listings. The pictures look wonderful like it is emasculate and clean but far from it. Kitchen cabinets filthy, couch smells terrible like someone with body odor and stinky feet sat on it and that's the odor on it now. Killed several spiders and even caught 2 FROGS INSIDE the place. Just overall not a good experience and will not ever be back!

Hi Terri, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We are looking into your concerns and plan to make the appropriate changes where necessary.
- The fuse was blown when the space heater was moved and plugged into an outlet that was being used. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
- We do apologize for any excessive noise you experienced. We appreciate you letting us know that this was a bother, as we were able to resolve the issue immediately.
- We were concerned with the number of cars that were parked on our lawn during your stay and checked in with you about the maximum occupancy.
- The home underwent a deep clean before your stay and was cleaned to our high standards. We haven't had a cleanliness issue since and are confident that future guests will not share your experience.
Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.
Very grateful for the helpful and welcoming property owner. Plenty of room to park our truck and trailer and more than enough living space.
