We had 15 people with 7 kids ages 11-20. The house was perfect! It was immaculate, very well stocked, the perfect location on the lake with the best amenities of the hot tub, dock, kayaks, sandy beach, amazing fire-pit and plenty of room for everyone to have space. The kitchen accommodated lots of cooks and observers and was a main gathering area. The yard had plenty of room for yard games and was well taken care of and sunny. Boat and jet ski rentals are super easy and convenient and there was almost never anyone on the lake but us. would highly recommend!

We loved our week on Little Traverse Lake. The home and all its amenities exceeded our expectations. The lake and beach were enjoyed by all 16 members of the family ages 2 to 73. The owners quickly addressed the few issues that came up during our stay. We will definitely consider this home for future family gatherings.
Perfect spot, the house is as advertised- in short, it was awesome. Significant space and great location to Glen Arbor or TC. The lake was great to kayak on and the fire-pit was put to good use!
Owners were great to work with and would definitely stay there again.
This home is so cozy and has so much to offer! We stayed here with multiple Tamil and had more than enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. The kitchen was large enough for all to be involved and the kids enjoyed the kayaks all day long!! We hope to go back again!
