3/5 Home needs attention for the cost of stay. Worn furniture/beds and dirty carpeting. Kitchen, bathrooms, and house were clean.
Golf getaway
5/5 We had our 11th year of Up North Golf and decided on Manistee for the first time. The house was in a great location and had plenty of room. The deck was large and accommodated the entire group. We were only a few minutes to downtown, walking with several Restaurant and Bar options. Great house for a large group.

3/5 The location of this home is wonderful. The cleanliness of the home could have been better. The linens and towels were clean, which was important to us. The home was large enough to house our group very comfortably.
Not at all what's in the description
1/5 The pictures in the VRBO listing are almost all false. The listing indicates the property has central air but it does not. There's a window air conditioning unit in one of the rooms but nowhere to plug it in. There's many windows that don't have screens, and several of the screens that are in place are broken. The light in the kitchen doesn't work. The super steep staircase doesn't have a light. There's no washer and dryer although the listing says it does, and there's a picture of one. There's not even a hair dryer! The rules state they want all the dishes clean and put away, yet there was only an empty bottle of dish soap. The coffee maker was filthy. The toaster has a broken handle, the porch doorknob falls off. The "backyard" is unkempt. The upstairs loft carpet is filthy. We felt so betrayed!
