4/5 Nice cottage with beautiful veiw, the shared dock is public which you cannot dock boat overnight, grass was not cut upon arrival 6-8in high

Great property

It was good.
3/5 The house is nothing special. It’s fine and functional. Clean. Access to washer and dryer is a plus! Very nice that many necessities were supplied (tp, paper towel, dish soap, laundry soap) The yard was disappointing. It was mostly weeds, dirt, and uneven. Doesn’t look very nice. No room to do anything outside. Umbrella was broken and there is all day sun so sitting outside was uncomfortable. The neighbors do not like the property being rented out and are quick to tell you that.

So many issues
2/5 I feel bad writing this but I feel like I spent my entire vacation emailing trying to get things fixed at this place. Firstly the Internet password was incorrect on check-in information, not a big deal but should be fixed, as I needed to do some work online. Next, the furnace, fireplace and microwave were not functioning. Microwave was replaced promptly. Property support staff was super friendly and helped us with the doors which appear to be locked that access the laundry and garage. The handles are locked but if you yank on the doors really hard they will open. Not really apparent to most people, so we didn’t use the laundry or garage for the first day. Not having access to garage creates a parking issue. The laundry facilities are very nice once you get in. We didn’t get a function furnace until the last night of our stay. We limped along with a space heater that eventually quit working as well. Floors have multiple trip hazards due to flooring installation and kitchen is under equipped. No can opener, bottle opener or scissors. The view of the water is great and having the patio stones in backyard is nice.
