Cabin follow up
1/5 I called the manager as soon as I got there as I thought the cabin was not cleaned. She said sand get everywhere however it was all on the couch as you walk in very hard to miss opened all of the windows swept out all of the cobb webs myself the bathroom rug was sopping wet so I hung that out to dry the other renters were nice I know my neighbors had an earwig infestation

- We understand that you requested an early check-in, and our cleaners made every effort to accommodate this last-minute request. We apologize if this resulted in the cabin not being fully prepared upon your arrival. Additionally, our cleaners have been more attentive to vacuuming up sand after receiving your comments.
- We promptly resolved the earwig problem for the other cabin renters within the day.
- It's worth mentioning that these are rustic cabins situated in the woods by the water. As a result, sand may be present, and occasional unexpected pest issues can arise.
- We've addressed the bathroom sink leak that caused the wet rug. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

4/5 Loved the people that we rented from but having no washer and dryer available was rough. Cottage was rustic but clean and the sand by the beach was great. Very close to Eagle Island which was cool for the kiddos. Maybe we will rent the big cottage next time, I heard that has laundry and a game room!
