The beds were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The house was very spacious so we never felt crowded. The upstairs neighbors were lovely! The WiFi signal was weak in the back of the house where the main work space was located. Most of the outlets throughout the house were two prong so one of us had to work in the kitchen to reach a grounded outlet. The host did provide several 3 prong plug ins but we did not want to over extend the outlets. We would have preferred a normal coffee maker to a Keurig but we ordered a grocery delivery from Meijer so it was not a problem. The street the house is located on and several others were very nice. However, McNichols was very close by and it did not feel safe to be walking on. Easy to order Ubers/Lyfts and be downtown within 15 minutes. Host was very responsive and helpful!

Hi Amanda, the homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following: We strive to make sure that our guests have an exceptional experience with us and uphold high standards of hospitality.
- While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also need them to respect our house rules and treat the property as their own. Our listing and pre-stay email that guests receive prior to arrival are accurately advertised and stated. We have a strict no-party policy and were disappointed to discover that your group had a large gathering at the home and many cars in the driveway blocking the neighbors.
- We recognize the importance of ensuring all of our amenities are in full working order. Guests can rest assured that there is no issue with internet connection. There's an instruction in the Welcome Book on logging in to all electrics. For guest use, we provide internet and multiple streaming apps for guest viewing pleasure.
We truly do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests!
We stayed at this property for a week in March. A lovely 1930's remodeled first floor duplex on a street that has undergone major rejuvenation. We felt safe and had no problems. The duplex had spacious rooms and was great for our group of 5. Plenty of cookware and a coffee machine with pods and sugars was provided. Beds were fine for our week stay. Be aware the twin beds are a trundle. Home is very clean and well kept. Shared parking behind the home is available. It's a tight fit down the side driveway. Our rental Toyota Rav 4 had about 3" on either side. The only drawback was the very audible and constant floorboard noise from the tenants above. Especially at night. Most nights they stayed up until 12-1a.m. Wasn't a deal braker for us but it could be for some.We would definitely consider staying here again since its location is very close to family that we are visiting.
