A mostly perfect stay
5/5 Roomy property on beautiful land with short path to a rocky little beach on Taunton bay . Sunsets were amazing sitting on the little deck near the water or on the rocks. Had everything we needed for our stay. Just be advised little to no cable and slow wifi if that is something important to you. It didnt matter to us because we were there for the nature and proximity to the activities we wanted to do. Unfortunately hurricane Lee decided to interrupt our last 24 hours with wind , torrential rains and taking out the power. Just added to our adventure! Luckily there were plenty of flashlights in the closet and lots of windows for natural light. Lotsbof wild life. Greeted by deer upon arrival. Shore and sea birds at the little beach and was able to watch the suirrels chase each other through the trees.

Tranquil/Beautiful Property
5/5 We LOVED the tranquility and beauty of the property. The house was nice and spacious with all the amenities a modern home has. Enjoyed being down at the dock and enjoying the view. My wife and I were sad when it was time to leave. The property is very conveniently located near Bar Harbour and Acadia National Park. The only negatives were that there were some spiders, which freaks out my wife and younger daughter. The house is in the woods located near water so that is to be expected. The WiFi was slow but adequate.

Beautiful home tucked away in the woods with a private trail to the bay.
5/5 We loved everything about this house. The price was reasonable. The location was fantastic for visiting both sides of Acadia. The home was well stocked for home cooking. We walked to our private mini beach every day to watch the tides go in and out and to look for critters. We saw deer walking through the yard. The views were perfect. We would definitely stay again if we ever return to the northeast.

Quiet getaway
5/5 Property was just as described. Had everything we needed. GPS took us to the wrong driveway and since we arrived late, it was a little scary driving down the wrong path into the woods in the dark, but we got back out to the road and found the property. Nice quiet, secluded location, but close to Acadia.
