  • Basement Apartment

    Wall paper peeling off wall in kitchen, only plastic cups and paper plates. It is a basement apartment and the upstairs is a rental also and there were about 10 young men partying until the we hours of the morning. We had to tell them twice to keep the noise down. There were no lights going down the outdoor stairs until you reached the bottom. The only way to turn on lights in bedroom was to pull the chain on the fan. Only one 32” tv in living room and the WiFi sucked we had to use our hotspot on our phone.
